I am an engineering leader and hands-on systems builder focused on trustworthy AI-assisted software delivery.

I build the operating models, platforms, and technical controls that help organisations use AI in software engineering without losing quality, accountability, security, or human judgement. My work spans multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, context engineering, RAG and MCP patterns, policy-as-code, CI/CD quality gates, evaluation harnesses, software supply-chain security, delivery intelligence, and release governance.

Engineering leadership and organisation design

I have scaled engineering organisations, hired and developed Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, improved retention and roadmap predictability, and established leadership rhythms that connect product strategy, architecture, and execution.

AI-assisted SDLC and agent systems

My recent work focuses on governed agent-assisted delivery: structured requirements, specification gates, context retrieval, implementation, security review, test evaluation, cross-agent review, human escalation, evidence publication, and release readiness.

I have built a GitHub-native PR governance platform, a machine-readable governed change-record specification, a framework-neutral agent evaluation lab, and a shared-agent-skills platform with validation, conformance, trusted publishing, and governed dispatch.

Governance, quality, and security

I turn policies and engineering standards into executable controls: policy-as-code, governance-as-code, JSON Schema, conformance tests, CI/CD quality gates, secure SDLC checks, software supply-chain controls, and audit-ready evidence.

Platform engineering and delivery performance

I reduce developer friction through internal developer platforms, developer portals, service catalogues, golden paths, paved roads, self-service workflows, and release automation. I use DORA, SPACE, flow, quality, risk, observability, SRE, and governance signals to identify where delivery is blocked and which interventions will improve outcomes.

  • Built benchmark and evaluation workflows for agent and multi-agent frameworks, including structured run state, evidence bundles, scorecards, and human review.
